Dynamis is seeking an Organizational Psychologist to provide consulting on the ICE Succession Plan contract eliciting client needs then designing, conducting, and reporting applied research to meet those requirements. The Organizational Psychologist will play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to deliver projects with exceptional creativity and technical knowledge, and a natural desire to keep current on the latest trends in employee engagement, survey design and administration, training, and career and performance management.
Responsibilities:
As an organizational psychologist on our team, you’ll lead or support organizational research projects by:
- Interfacing with key stakeholders to identify needs.
- Identifying and executing appropriate research methodologies to address stakeholder needs.
- Conducting scientific literature reviews.
- Performing descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Conducting thematic content analysis of qualitative data.
- Extracting key insights from data.
- Identifying recommendations grounded in organizational science.
- Developing client-facing deliverables.
- Briefing or supporting briefings of results to clients across all levels of the organization.
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and visualization aspects of high-visibility products.
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain a federal government security clearance
- Master's Degree student in Industrial Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
- 10 years or more experience in support of I/O development activities
- Organizational Development related certification (e.g., Change Management).
- Advanced proficiency in data management software highly desired, particularly in the program R
- Proficiency in or strong aptitude for other data management, coding, and/or visualization tools (e.g. Python, R-Shiny, Tableau)
- Research methodology and experimental design
- Item development
- Experience using advanced statistical methods
- Test validation and development
- Research in job performance measurement and evaluation
