Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations and Logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily document and box management and movement activities in the warehouse, ensuring productivity, accuracy in records, and strict compliance with safety standards.

This team is essential for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our clients' information and physical assets.

📦Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Inventory Management and Mobilization: Load service orders into the internal system to maintain productivity control and perform the extraction, storage, and stacking of boxes or documents on pallets according to the batch and deadline established by your supervisor in charge.
  • Collaboration and Internal Customer Service: Serve the client during their stay at the headquarters in the delivery of required boxes or files and immediately communicate any setbacks that hinder the achievement of assigned objectives.
  • Compliance with Operational and Safety Standards: Comply with established Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, verify the conditions of boxes for their maintenance, and use tools and equipment safely and responsibly, following the area's standard process.

  • Experience in warehouse.
  • Strong knowledge in cargo handling and general warehouse work.
  • Proven ability in handling different types of equipment to mobilize merchandise (for example: manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, portable ladders).
  • Complete Secondary Education (essential).

💰 Benefits
