Job Description
Brave group, which owns several IPs such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC," is seeking a creative director for the expansion of its new overseas project "globie." As a core member of a small team, you will be involved in both direction and production. Responsibilities include the creation and direction of character and visual illustrations, design direction of assets for distribution, production of artwork related to service operation, and negotiation with and direction of outsourced designers, including instruction sheet creation and 2D/3D production progress and flow management. The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding IPs globally, embraces new challenges, and can think strategically based on quantitative data.
Good To Have:
- Experience in graphic design and video production/editing
Must Have:
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience in managing outsourced designers
- Basic operation of graphic applications like Photoshop and Illustrator

【業務詳細】
・キャラクター、ビジュアルのイラストレーション制作やデザインディレクション
・配信用アセットデザインの制作ディレクション
・サービスの運営に関わる周辺のアートワークの制作
・外注デザイナーとの折衝やディレクション、指示書の作成
・2D／3Dの制作進行、フロー管理
必須スキル
・ビジネスレベルで英語を使用できる方
・外注デザイナーの管理業務のご経験がある方
・Photoshop、Illustratorなどのグラフィックアプリケーションの基本的な操作ができる方
