Job Description

The Partner Development Management Apprentice role at Microsoft involves recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with Microsoft partners. Responsibilities include creating business design briefings, developing GTM strategies, leveraging internal resources, recruiting new partners, and identifying opportunities to sell Microsoft products and services.

As a Partner Development Management Intern, you will recruit, onboard and manage relationships with Microsoft partners, differentiating the value of partnering with Microsoft versus competitors. You will align partners to strategic accounts and identify market opportunities through industry analysis and intelligence. You will develop and support partner business plans, skill growth and industry presence, and analyze business metrics to assess performance and identify areas for growth.

En tant que stagiaire en gestion du développement des partenaires, vous recruterez, intégrerez et gérerez les relations avec les partenaires de Microsoft, en différenciant la valeur de collaborer avec Microsoft par rapport aux concurrents. Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field
  • Must have at least one additional semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship
  • You must be legally authorised to work in France to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)

  • Must speak English and French to C1 level or above. 

  • Seeking an Apprenticeship contract.


Qualifications requises pour le stage

  • Actuellement en cours de préparation d'un baccalauréat en marketing, opérations commerciales, informatique ou un domaine connexe.
  • Doit avoir au moins un semestre/terme supplémentaire d'école restant après la fin du stage.
  • Vous devez être légalement autorisé à travailler en France pour être éligible à ce poste. (Légalement autorisé = a la citoyenneté ou a obtenu un visa ou un permis de travail valide)

  • Doit parler anglais et français jusqu’au niveau C1 ou supérieur.

  •  À la recherche d'un contrat d'apprentissage.

  • Leads the creation of a strategic vision rooted to the partners impact and potential across segments and will generally serve partners that are smaller or startups. Demonstrates an expert understanding of the partners business and conveys the value of partnering with Microsoft based on the business opportunity and possible competition.
  • Contributes to Business Design briefings advising partner leadership on building a high-impact Microsoft Services practice.
  • Develops and executes forward-thinking partner business plans that develop partner business and support cloud consumption and digital transformation. Considers short- and long-term goals and performance expectations based on partner capabilities.
  • Leverages internal resources to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) and co-selling strategies that define activities and expectations to meet Microsoft and partner sales goals. Prioritizes accounts for developing GTM strategies. Advises partner on meeting various program, sales, and tech requirements.
  • Leverages and recruits new partners to grow business. Identifies opportunities to sell Microsoft products and services.

  • Contribue aux briefings de conception d'entreprise en conseillant la direction des partenaires sur la création d'une pratique Microsoft Services à fort impact.
  • Développe et exécute des plans d'affaires partenaires avant-gardistes qui développent l'activité des partenaires et soutiennent la consommation de cloud et la transformation numérique. Considère les objectifs à court et à long terme et les attentes de performance en fonction des capacités des partenaires.
  • Utilise les ressources internes pour développer des stratégies de mise sur le marché (GTM) et de co-vente qui définissent les activités et les attentes pour atteindre les objectifs de vente de Microsoft et des partenaires. Priorise les comptes pour développer des stratégies GTM. Conseille les partenaires sur la satisfaction des divers programmes, ventes et exigences techniques.
  • Utilise et recrute de nouveaux partenaires pour développer l'activité. Identifie les opportunités de vendre des produits et services Microsoft.
