Job Description

Litmus is seeking a Partner Manager for EMEA to drive strategic partnerships with cloud hyperscalers, ISVs, GSIs, and SIs. This remote-friendly role involves identifying, cultivating, and managing key relationships to expand Litmus's reach and impact, reporting to the VP of Partnerships. The manager will focus on market strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth in the region.

  • Prospect, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships aligning with Litmus's goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
  • Drive partner onboarding, joint go-to-market initiatives, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with Litmus's product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Represent Litmus at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events in EMEA.
  • 5+ years in partnership management, business development, or alliance roles within tech/SaaS/AI industries.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in EMEA.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA markets, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset for deal structuring and ROI assessment.
  • Proficiency in CRM/PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MindMatrix).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
  • Passion for AI and its transformative potential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Partner Manager - EMEA

Role Overview

As a Partner Manager for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships across the region. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will identify, cultivate, and manage key relationships with cloud hyperscalers, ISVs, GSIs and SIs to expand Litmus's reach and impact. This is a remote-friendly role with occasional travel to key markets in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Prospect, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that align with Litmus's goals, working closely with the local sales team and our global partner team members.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical leads across EMEA partners. Ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual value creation.
  • Market Strategy: Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies. Identify high-potential opportunities in countries in the region.
  • Execution and Growth: Drive partner onboarding, joint go-to-market initiatives, and performance tracking. Measure partnership success through KPIs like pipeline generation, revenue, and training/certification milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Litmus's product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align partnerships with internal priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Advocacy and Events: Represent Litmus at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events in EMEA to enhance brand visibility and foster new connections.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in partnership management, business development, or alliance roles within tech/SaaS/AI industries. Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in EMEA.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of EMEA markets, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR compliance).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; strong analytical mindset for deal structuring and ROI assessment. Proficiency in CRM/PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MindMatrix).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable. Passion for AI and its transformative potential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
