This is a front-line sales role reporting to the channel sales director, responsible for supporting key sales functions and growth goals for a geographical region including Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Kansas. Responsibilities include generating prospective customers through channel campaigns and promotions, acquiring new partners, providing sales literature and quotes, assisting with sales quoting and special pricing, responding to partner requests, ensuring alignment with field and inside sales for partner opportunities, tracking partner pipelines, and handling inquiries regarding products, channel programs, and promotions. The role also involves responding to questions and complaints, efficiently resolving partner issues, and maintaining a professional image.
