This is a front-line sales role reporting to the Channel Sales Director, responsible for supporting key sales functions and growth goals within a specified geographical region including Nevada, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Hawaii. Key responsibilities include generating prospective customers through channel campaigns and promotions, acquiring new partners, providing marketing and sales literature, assisting with sales quoting and special pricing, responding to partner requests, and ensuring alignment with field and inside sales for partner opportunities. The role also involves tracking and supporting partner pipelines, handling partner inquiries about products and programs, and resolving service issues efficiently while maintaining a professional image.
