We are seeking a Payment Product Manager to lead the demand research, planning, and design of platform SDK payment products, defining their functions and roadmap. This role involves designing data and indicator systems for all payment scenarios, leveraging data to solve user payment pain points. You will abstract key features to provide efficient payment solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with payment security and industry standards. A bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in payment products are required, along with strong logical thinking and communication skills.
Must have:
  • Responsible for demand research, planning, and design of platform SDK payment products.
  • Formulate product functions and development roadmap.
  • Design data and indicator systems for all payment scenarios and paths at the cashier desk.
  • Build an effective data analysis system, driven by data and business value.
  • Analyze and solve pain points in game user payments.
  • Abstract and converge key features from internal and external demands for payment products.
  • Provide general and efficient payment solutions.
  • Work closely with technical, operations, marketing, and business teams.
  • Coordinate the development and launch of payment systems, ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Understand and adhere to relevant payment security and compliance standards.
  • Ensure payment products meet industry norms and legal requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5+ years of experience in payment or cashier product work.
  • Strong logical thinking ability and problem analysis/resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and execution.
  • Capable of cross-departmental collaboration and project advancement.

  • Preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related majors
  • Experience in the internet or gaming industry

3. Responsible for abstracting and converging key features from internal and external demands and pain points for payment products, providing general and efficient payment solutions;

4. Work closely with technical, operations, marketing, and business teams to coordinate the development and launch of payment systems, ensuring timely product delivery;

5. Understand and adhere to relevant payment security and compliance standards, ensuring payment products meet industry norms and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related majors;

2. 5+ years of experience in payment or cashier product work, preferably with experience in the internet or gaming industry;

3. Strong logical thinking ability, with strong problem analysis and resolution skills;

4. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of cross-departmental collaboration and project advancement.
