Job Description

Experienced People Partner responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and operational excellence to the People Partnering Organization. Plays a key role in executing the annual HR cycle, including MPACT processes such as objective setting, performance reflection, and development planning. Partners closely with leaders to offer tactical and operational guidance on all HR matters, with a strong focus on employee engagement and workforce planning. Acts as a trusted advisor, driving alignment between business goals and people strategies.

Experienced People Partner responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and operational excellence to the People Partnering Organization. Plays a key role in executing the annual HR cycle, including MPACT processes such as objective setting, performance reflection, and development planning. Partners closely with leaders to offer tactical and operational guidance on all HR matters, with a strong focus on employee engagement and workforce planning. Acts as a trusted advisor, driving alignment between business goals and people strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver support, including HR operations to the People Partnering Organization, driving the annual HR cycle and providing tactical and operational guidance and coaching to leaders on HR all matters.
  • Focus on engagement
  • MPACT (HR cycle objectives, performance reflection, my growth map).
  • Workforce Planning

The Basics:

  • 3 years of experience as a HR Generalist
  • Experience using Workday as main platform
  • Deep understanding of Mexican labor law
