We’re looking for a People Relations Specialist for a remote opportunity with our client. In this role, you’ll play a key part in fostering a compliant, collaborative, and employee-focused workplace. You’ll support early to mid-level managers in managing performance and exit processes, while ensuring alignment with HR policies and employment regulations.

People Relations Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and regulatory compliance.

  • Support managers in navigating performance management and exit processes.

  • Cultivate strong relationships within our client's team to promote a collaborative environment.

  • Develop and deliver clear, concise communications in English.

People Relations Specialist Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.

  • Intermediate knowledge of HR principles and related laws.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal and HR business partners (preferred).

  • Managing relocation, leave of absence, and accommodations (preferred).

  • Comfort in dynamic performance management settings (preferred).
