Onward Search is hiring a Fashion Marketing Director for a remote opportunity in San Francisco, California. The client, a renowned clothing brand, seeks a dynamic Marketing Director to enhance brand presence and drive sales across digital and physical platforms. This role involves leading innovative marketing strategies, spearheading creative campaigns, and ensuring cohesive storytelling to elevate the brand and engage its target audience.

Must Have

  • Craft and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's story, aesthetic, and values
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and finance, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Spearhead the creative vision for photoshoots, including casting and styling, to produce compelling visual content for various channels such as lookbooks, websites, and social media
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media and influencer partnerships, to boost brand awareness and engagement
  • Establish and track KPIs to optimize digital marketing investments
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic partnerships
  • Utilize customer and market data to develop targeted strategies for messaging and media planning
  • Coordinate live events, fashion shows, and public relations activities to elevate the brand's public profile
  • Monitor key performance indicators and manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment
