Job Summary

Henkel is seeking an ECommerce Master Content Coordinator to manage the end-to-end content project coordination, from briefing to deployment. The role involves ensuring seamless project coordination, communication, and time tracking, obtaining inputs from stakeholders, and managing feedback loops. The coordinator will also support content testing, prepare projects for deployment, and assist with uploading assets to internal DAM. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess proven experience in coordination/project management, and be proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Must Have

  • Own End to End content project coordination from briefing to deployment
  • Ensure seamless project coordination, communication, and detailed time tracking
  • Obtain necessary inputs from marketing and eCommerce stakeholders
  • Manage feedback loops and actively drive projects to completion
  • Support content testing responsibilities using Userzoom and AIM Power
  • Ensure content projects are fully prepared for deployment, organizing all assets and presentations
  • Assist in the upload of final open files and images to internal DAM, including metadata inputs
  • Fluent English (written/verbal interaction)
  • Proven experience in coordination/project management
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proficient in project management tools (or affinity to learn new platforms)

Your role

  • Own the End to End content project coordination from briefing to deployment of master content.
  • Ensure seamless project coordination, communication, and detailed time tracking throughout the project.
  • Obtain the necessary inputs from stakeholders such as marketing and eCommerce to brief external and internal agencies.
  • Manage the feedback loops while actively driving projects forward to completion.
  • Support in content testing responsibilities using tools such as Userzoom and AIM Power.
  • Ensure content projects are fully prepared for deployment, with attention to detail on organizing all assets, presentations, etc.
  • Assist in the upload of final open files and images to internal DAM, including supporting metadata inputs.

Your skills

  • Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
  • Proven experience in coordination/project management (discussed at the interview)
