Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Content Manager to join our Content team, focusing on creating content processes using AI prompt engineering to enhance organic search engine rankings for BOLD websites. This role is crucial for developing an ongoing organic inbound traffic strategy by supporting and scaling content creation, ultimately impacting job seekers' lives.
Must Have
- Design, write, and refine prompts for AI models / LLMs to generate high-quality content.
- Utilize AI tools to assist in creating and editing a wide range of content.
- Analyze AI performance and content outcomes, making data-informed adjustments.
- Work closely with content strategist, engineering, and data teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks, ethical concerns, and biases in AI-generated content.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- 6+ years experience in SEO, content writing, editing, and content strategy.
- 4+ years experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
- 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs for content creation.
- Solid understanding of basic coding principles and machine learning concepts.
- Strong ability to conceptualize and recommend data visualizations.
- Familiarity with preparing and handling data for machine learning processes.
- Familiarity with limitations of LLMs such as bias, hallucinations, and reliance on historical training data.
- Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to translate job seekers’ needs and intent into content strategies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving field.

About this team
The Content team’s main responsibility is writing digital marketing content across BOLD properties. Using the power of words, we create SEO optimized content into brand stories, building relationships with job seekers around the world. From company descriptions to long-form articles and webinars to community management, the Content team provides job seekers with support across the job search process, ensuring a safe and successful experience.
What you'll do
- Design, write, and refine prompts for AI models / LLMs to generate high-quality short-form, long-form, and image content.
- Utilize AI tools to assist in creating and editing a wide range of content, from blog posts and social media copy to marketing emails and ad creatives.
- Analyze AI performance and content outcomes, using data to make informed adjustments to prompts and processes.
- Work closely with our content strategist, engineering, and data teams to align prompt development with broader content, SEO, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks, ethical concerns, and biases related to AI-generated content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) as it relates to content production.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, business, or related field
- 6+ years experience in SEO, content writing, editing, and content strategy.
- 4+ years experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML).
- 2+ years experience hands-on experience with LLMs for content creation.
- Solid understanding of basic coding principles and machine learning concepts.
- Strong ability to conceptualize and recommend data visualizations.
- Familiarity with preparing and handling data for machine learning processes.
- Familiarity with limitations of LLMs such as bias, hallucinations, and reliance on historical training data.

What's good to have
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) awareness: While not mandatory, familiarity with emerging AI search paradigms (GEO) would be a plus, since this area is new but evolving quickly.
- Experience in the Career/HR-Tech space
- Knowledge of content workflows and content evaluation tools.
