Job Description
- Partner with APAC Pairs and Tinder to manage performance marketing data and analyze media performance
- Develop, and improve dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate closely with in/external stakeholders to define and set up performance metrics and track progress
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance the analytical capability of the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in marketing (including 4+ years at performance marketing field)
- Hands-on expertise in marketing analytics, deriving useful insights, and applying findings
- Familiarities with mobile attribution providers (i.e Adjust, Appsflyer)
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience in managing external marketing data from various ad platforms (i.e. Google, Meta, Tiktok, etc.)
- A good command of spoken and written English is mandatory
