The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Performance Marketer to join their in-house team, focusing on Latin America. The role involves taking full ownership of paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, as well as emerging platforms like X and Reddit. The primary goal is to scale candidate acquisition by running full-funnel campaigns that convert top-tier marketers into applicants. Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, managing the full lifecycle of paid campaigns (targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, reporting), collaborating with creative teams, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS, and staying updated on platform changes and best practices. The role requires continuous A/B testing and building performance dashboards for leadership.
Must have:
  • 3-6 years experience in paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Optimize campaigns to improve conversion and lower CPL
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools
  • Comfortable managing and scaling paid budgets
  • Collaborate with creatives for high-converting assets
  • Familiarity with Reddit, X, or TikTok Ads
  • Self-motivated, organized, and work autonomously remotely
Good to have:
  • Background in talent acquisition or recruitment marketing

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to join our in-house team at The Global Talent Co. You’ll take full ownership of our paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and emerging platforms like X and Reddit. Your mission: scale our candidate acquisition engine by running full-funnel campaigns that convert top-tier marketers into applicants.

Position:

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for optimizing paid marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth client delivery. You will play a key role in driving results through data-driven strategies, client collaboration, and creative execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

  • Test and experiment with new platforms such as X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok to expand acquisition reach.

  • Own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimization, and reporting.

  • Work closely with our creative and content teams to develop and iterate on high-performing ad assets.

  • Monitor KPIs like cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to guide strategic decisions.

  • Develop insights from campaign data and translate them into actionable improvements.

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, ad formats, algorithm shifts, and best practices.

  • Continuously A/B test headlines, creative, landing pages, and calls-to-action to improve conversion.

  • Build and manage dashboards to communicate performance metrics with the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

  • Track record of optimizing campaigns across the funnel, improving conversion and lowering CPL.

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.

  • Comfortable managing and scaling paid budgets across multiple platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with creatives to shape high-converting visual and copy assets.

  • Familiarity with new or niche ad channels like Reddit Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or TikTok Ads.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and excellent at working autonomously in a remote-first environment.

  • Bonus: Background in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or marketing to marketers.
