Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the conception, setup, and optimization of Paid Search campaigns on Google & Microsoft Ads. You will strategize and develop campaigns for clients in various industries, focusing on their key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also create and present client-specific reports, analyses, and strategic meetings. Other responsibilities include identifying and leading projects, contributing Paid Search expertise to new business initiatives, and staying current with market trends. Collaboration with the SEO team and other departments is essential for holistic online marketing strategies.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with focus on Paid Search.
  • Data-driven and solution-oriented approach with strong Excel skills.
  • Structured and team-oriented personality with a passion for online marketing.
  • Enjoyment of analytical activities and the development of ad texts.
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills, plus an entrepreneurial approach.

Unsere Paid Search Experts analysieren das Potential unserer Kunden und beraten sie in Bezug auf das perfekte Konto Set-Up. Sie kümmern sich um Kampagnenplanung, -umsetzung und -optimierung und präsentieren das entsprechende Angebot der richtigen Zielgruppe. Du bist Suchmaschinen Experte und möchtest in verschiedenen Branchen Paid Search Strategien weiterentwickeln? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du bist zuständig für die Konzeption, Aufbau und Optimierung von Paid Search Kampagnen auf Google & Microsoft Ads
  • Du verantwortest den strategischen Ausbau unserer Kunden in verschiedenen Branchen und berätst diese entsprechend ihrer Ziel-KPIs
  • Du erstellst und begleitest proaktiv Testszenarien und analysierst die Performance der entsprechenden Maßnahmen
  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung und Präsentation von kundenspezifischen Reportings, Analysen & Strategieterminen
  • Du identifizierst und verantwortest eigene Projekte - sowohl im Paid Search als auch abteilungsübergreifend
  • Du unterstützt bei Pitch-Anfragen & New Business Projekten und lässt dein Paid Search Wissen einfließen.
  • Du behältst den Markt im Blick und erkennst eigenständig neue Trends, Plattformen, Werbeformen und Prozesse in deinem Fachbereich
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem SEO-Team, sowie anderen Abteilungen, um hollistische Online-Marketing-Strategien zu entwickeln
  • Du bist eine:r von ca. 20 Paid Search Expert:innen und tauschst dich proaktiv im Team über Learnings & Tests aus

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast 2+ Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Paid Search (Google Ads: Search, PMax und Demand Gen;  Microsoft Ads)
  • Du bist datengetrieben und lösungsorientiert und bringst sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse mit
  • Du bist eine strukturierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Begeisterung für das Online Marketing
  • Du hast Freude an analytischen Tätigkeiten sowie der Entwicklung von Anzeigentexten und Keyword-Kampagnen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie unternehmerisches Handeln gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
