This role involves taking full ownership of Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. It requires precision-targeted advertising and strategic approaches focused on software engineering leadership. The specialist will build sophisticated, creative advertising experiences, with autonomy to test, iterate, and pioneer new approaches, aiming for exceptional ROI by speaking directly to technical decision-makers.
Must have:
  • Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks
  • Create and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting software engineering decision-makers
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate on targeting, creative, and bidding strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Monitor and optimize conversion funnels from ad click to qualified lead
  • Partner closely with sales development and content teams to align on messaging and lead quality
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation or paid ads management
Good to have:
  • Google Ads certification and proven experience managing search, display, and video campaigns
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and experience with B2B lead generation
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance optimization
  • Experience marketing SaaS products to technical audiences

About the role

We’re looking for a role to take full ownership of our Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns. In this role, you’ll generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth through precision-targeted Google Ads campaigns and strategic LinkedIn advertising focused on software engineering leadership. This isn’t just about implementing paid marketing playbooks—we’re building sophisticated, creative advertising experiences that speak directly to technical decision-makers and deliver exceptional ROI. You will have the autonomy to test, iterate, and pioneer new approaches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks
  • Create and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting software engineering decision-makers
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate on targeting, creative, and bidding strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Monitor and optimize conversion funnels from ad click to qualified lead
  • Partner closely with sales development and content teams to align on messaging and lead quality

This role requires working out of our office four days per week.
