Job Summary

Job Description

This is an internship opportunity in the Customer Experience area. The role involves supporting the management of customer complaints, from registration to closure, analyzing proposed solutions and suggesting improvements. You will assist in updating internal controls, follow up with involved areas, and keep customers informed. Key responsibilities include managing complaints, updating internal control spreadsheets, interacting with internal teams and factories for investigation updates, and managing the functional email inbox. The role requires basic English and intermediate Excel skills. The work arrangement is office-based, requiring physical presence.
Must have:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Social Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Expected graduation from December 2026 onwards.
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Resilience, Initiative, Curiosity, Organization and good communication skills (Verbal and Written).

Estágio na Área de Experiência do Cliente.
Oportunidade para apoiar no gerenciamento de reclamações de clientes, desde o registro até o encerramento, analisando soluções propostas e sugerindo melhorias. Apoiará na atualização dos controles internos, realizar follow-up com áreas envolvidas e manter os clientes informados.


Sua função:
• Participar de todo o fluxo de gerenciamento de uma reclamação, desde o registro até a investigação e encerramento.
• Analisar criticamente a solução apresentada para a queixa do cliente e avaliar/sugerir adaptações/novas abordagens para o owner.
• Atualizar/alimentar planilhas de controles internos da área.
• Realizar FUP dos casos com as áreas e atualizar a tratativa com o cliente.
• Gerenciar o email da caixa funcional, separando os casos que devem ser registrados dos casos em andamento.
• Interagir com todas as áreas internas e com as unidades fabris para obter atualização sobre as investigações de casos de qualidade do produto para atualizar a tratativa com o cliente.

Você é a pessoa certa se:
• Estiver cursando ensino superior Administração, Comunicação Social, Relações Públicas ou área afins;
• Possuir previsão de conclusão do curso a partir de Dezembro/2026;

• Possuir Inglês básico e Excel Intermediário;
• Possui habilidades como Resiliência, Iniciativa, Curiosidade, Organização e boa comunicação (Verbal e Escrita).

Para os colaboradores que ocupam um cargo na área de campo, suas funções são desempenhadas de maneira mais eficaz fora das instalações da empresa, geralmente em instalações de clientes ou fornecedores. 

Esta função se trata de uma posição no escritório.
