Job Description

Doctoralia is seeking a Phone Sales Executive to join their team. The role involves contacting clients strategically through inbound and outbound calls, managing databases and CRM systems effectively. You will be responsible for nurturing and closing sales opportunities with a winning attitude, contributing to a passionate and results-driven team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in phone sales, proficiency with CRM tools and outbound/inbound databases, and a strong understanding of closing deals, handling objections, and negotiation. A passion for sales, high commissions, and a drive for success are essential, along with being organized, communicative, and customer-focused. Affinity with technology and digital solutions is a plus. The position requires availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

🎯 Buscamos a alguien que:

  • Tenga al menos 1 año de experiencia en ventas telefónicas (Ejecutivo Telefónico de Ventas, Asesor Telefónico, Consultor de Ventas Telefónicas, Inside Sales Executive)

  • Maneje con soltura herramientas de CRM y bases de datos OUTBOUND-INBOUND (no predictivo, marcación directa a través de CRM y Talkdesk); cierre efectivo, buen manejo de objeciones, altas habilidades de seguimiento y negociación con el cliente.

  • Le encanten las ventas, las comisiones altas y tenga hambre de éxito (ennfoque a resultados y acostumbrado a trabajar con métricas/KPI's de venta

  • Sea una persona organizada, comunicativa y con enfoque al cliente.

  • Tenga afinidad con la tecnología y soluciones digitales.

  • Cuente con disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial de lunes a viernes.
