Job Description

Marvell is seeking a Planner - Assembly and Test Subcon Management to coordinate production issues impacting customer order fulfillment. The role involves managing bump, sort, assembly, and test loadings at global subcontractors to ensure timely order fulfillment with minimal cost, fastest cycle time, and optimal inventory. The planner will collaborate with global engineering, test development, and quality teams, participate in cross-functional projects, provide status reports to management, and be responsible for WIP and inventory reporting in Oracle. A degree in Engineering or Information Technology is required, with a preference for semiconductor assembly and planning experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT, Oracle, and Microsoft tools. Knowledge of Tableau and RPA is advantageous.

We collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, as well as external stakeholders like our customers and suppliers, to secure sufficient capacity to support customer needs and drive Marvell's growth.

What You Can Expect

  • Coordinating issues relating to production that impacts customer order fulfilment

  • Manage bump, sort, assembly and test loadings at subcontractors located globally, so as to fulfil customer orders timely at minimal cost, fastest cycle time and optimal inventory level.

  • Work closely with the global teams from engineering, test development, quality and other disciplines         

  • Participate in cross-functional projects

  • Provide status reporting to management

  • Responsible for all WIP and inventory reporting by subcontractors in Oracle system

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.

  • Preferably with related semiconductor assembly and planning experience

  • Good analytical and communication skills

  • Able to assist in system enhancement, preferably with good knowledge of IT, Oracle and Microsoft tools. Knowledge of Tableau and/or RPA will be advantageous.
