Planner [Section Director]
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing multiple teams and projects in consumer game development, proposing overall game plans, training staff, and improving the organization. This includes managing teams across various roles such as graphic designers and programmers. The Section Director role involves leading organizations within projects by type or area, such as the Planner Section or UI Section. The ideal candidate will manage and improve project quality, and possess strong communication skills.
Must have:
- Practical experience in commercial game development
- Experience in managing multiple teams and projects
- Experience in training staff
Good to have:
- Experience in managing other job areas, including graphics and programming
- Experience in external negotiations and coordination

コンシューマゲーム開発における、複数チームやプロジェクトのマネジメント業務、ゲーム全体の企画提案、スタッフ育成、組織改善
※マネジメント業務は、プランナーのみではなく、グラフィックデザイナー・プログラマ等、他職種のチームのマネジメントも含みます
※セクションディレクターは、プロジェクト内にある職種や領域（例：プランナーセクション、UIセクションなど）ごとの組織をまとめる役割です
必須経験・スキル
・商業ゲームでの実務経験（プロジェクト立ち上げからリリースまでの経験有り）
※ゲームのプラットフォームは問いません
・複数チームや、プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
・育成経験
歓迎経験・スキル
・グラフィックやプログラムも含めた、他職種領域のマネジメント経験
・社外折衝調整経験
