The annual base salary for this position ranges from $77,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike's Creative Operations team seeks a skilled Post Producer to join our expanding Post-Production function. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong written & verbal communication skills and experience collaborating with a team of post-production artists across still and video production, shoot producers, creative stakeholders, partner agencies and asset managers. The individual will have in-depth knowledge of both still and video post-production workflows and serve as the project's direct liaison responsible for facilitating and delivering a seamless, timely, and accurate Post-Production finishing process.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you'll be working with the Post-Production team on high-caliber Nike brand marketing projects. As Post Producer, you will oversee the creation of brand assets (still & video) and ensure on-time delivery of all assigned post-production projects. You will support with providing, managing, and organizing creative and technical direction for post-production campaigns to remove obstacles and avoid post-production related blockers. This role will support with the creation of project estimates, budget tracking, and schedule management and the successful candidate will have strong technical, creative and organizational skills with knowledge of the Adobe suite of products, specifically Premiere, Photoshop, Camera Raw, Lightroom, Bridge, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder etc. Additionally, you'll be asked to escalate production challenges to the function's Post-Production Director, maintain post-production tracking and ensure all deliverables meet specified quality standards.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be responsible for providing assistance and support to internal team leaders in post-production, such as the Video Manager and Lead Campaign Retoucher, Creative Producers and other studio stakeholders. This support will be essential for the successful execution of brand creative campaigns, projects, and workstreams, all under the leadership of the Post-Production Director and the guidance of the Post Operations Manager

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing post-production facility specializing in post-production workflows and project management.
  • Excellent understanding of the whole production pipeline from pre-production through post and finishing.
  • Adheres to best practices for quality control and oversees the delivery of finished materials to the end destination. Has a complete understanding of all final deliverables and the ability to evaluate quality effectively.
  • Maintains a clear line of communication by compiling, organizing, and distributing information to post-production staff, freelance talent, and agency partners, as well as providing necessary updates and revisions across the pipeline.
  • Responsible for communicating changes to budgets, scheduling, and overtime needs to both internal and external parties, as required.
  • Experience in Post-Production Budget & Scheduling Management
  • Responsible for facilitating and leading internal creative-supervised sessions for edit/mix/color and support with the management of talent before, during, and after the session.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Retouchers, Editors, Sound Mixers, Colorists, Graphic Artists, and supporting teams.
  • Firm understanding of the time involved in various post-production tasks.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while displaying a high level of professionalism and commitment.
  • Must have excellent people skills and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be willing to take on new projects and challenges with a sense of ownership.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive team player
  • Must be an efficient, creative problem-solver and calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized, creative, and dedicated to creating best-in-class visual assets.
  • Proficiency in remote workflow, project management and communication tools (Frame.io, Proofhq, Airtable, Slack, Zoom, Box.com, etc.)
  • Capture One experience a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Bridge, Media Encoder, Lightroom, etc.)
  • Must be proficient with Mac OS
  • Bachelor's degree in Video, Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
