About the job

Whom are we looking for:

Our Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our entire organization to attract potential B2B customers and retain existing ones.

This person must be a great business leader and a great marketing leader.


Your contribution to the team:

  • Create an offering, screen relevant leads, contact and close - run end-to-end business growth side
  • Reach out and talk to institutes/academies/colleges for bulk orders or partner collabs
  • Reach out and speak to corporates for bulk orders or partner collabs
  • Reach out and talk to schools for bulk orders or collabs
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors and do one-of-one calls with leads.
  • Visit companies in Surat and cities nearby
  • Create and manage the budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.


Our Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a B2B Marketing Executive or similar role. Impeccable Communication Skills
  • Research Skills
  • Previous experience in giving presentations and presenting pitch decks in front of CEOs, CXOs, Directors, etc.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Overall, we are looking for someone, upbeat, enthusiastic, knows how to present themselves, and can hold a conversation.


Other details:

  • Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.
  • Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.
  • Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Compensation - As per the industry standards, also depending on your experience and expertise
