About Organisation
National Skills Foundation of India (NSFI) is a 14 year old not-for-profit organization focused on the objective of skill building and development of vocational opportunities for India’s large workforce. NSFI is realizing its mission towards enabling sustainable livelihoods through trainings of unskilled / semi-skilled workers, rural youth, farmers, and women entrepreneurs and action research in the domains of agriculture supply & value chains, markets, and skills, and through across the nation with the objective of providing them access to growth sectors in formal labour markets. NSFI (net)works with national and international agencies in Public Sector, and Civil Society Domains.
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving strong and compelling brand of NSFI and run digital marketing campaign online through Social Media and generate leads in the areas of interest.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Brand Marketing digitally.
• Content writing skills, tech-savvy and well versed in today’s digital strategies to reinforce our platform and its offerings all over the world.
• Enforce NSFI brand, its concept are adopted in every communication and advertisements
• Run digital marketing campaign online through Social Media like Linkedin,FB etc and generate leads in NSFI’s areas of interest.
• Provide ideas for content marketing and update website
• Ensure maximum leads with lowest costs
• Create strong and compelling brand of NSFI.
• And any other work assigned by NSFI.
Skills/ Competencies:
• Understanding the digital marketing process and different digital channels
• Website design and development
• How to create paid online marketing campaigns
• Understanding how to handle social media campaigns
• Understanding the usage of different analytical tools
• E-commerce
• Mobile Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing
• Converting traffic into leads
• Learn to measure consumer’s digital behavior
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Practical, Committed and with problem-solving mindset.
• Good understanding of creative content and design-digital and offline
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English language
• Strong communicator and presenter
• Exposure and interest with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Expertise in handling various MS Office Packages (PPT, Word, Excel etc.,)
Qualifications
• Essential : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any subject
• Preferable : Diploma/PG Diploma in BDes/MDes.
• Desirable : Knowledge of high-end systems with the latest software & tools.

2. High energy levels and temperament to take up activities that have time commitments
3. High temperament to find creative solutions to day to day challenges
4. Open to learn new technological/digital tools that can improve the reporting systems of an organisation
Salary: CTC Rs.3.6 L - 4.8 Lakhs Per Annum based on performance in the Screening Tests of Employment
