Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the creative strategy for Tetris Block Party's global launch. This person will have a passion for marketing creative, a keen eye for trends, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate with production partners and internal teams. He will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative funnel, from ideation to execution, ensuring that creatives resonate with audiences and align with the Tetris brand.

Roles and Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Ideation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy to support Tetris Block Party's marketing campaigns globally.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, incorporating innovative ideas and storytelling techniques into creative assets.
- Brainstorm and pitch new creative concepts for ad campaigns, working closely with the Marketing team.
Creative Production and Vendor Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external production vendors to produce high-quality marketing creatives.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to vendors, ensuring consistency with the Tetris Block Party brand.
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage new creative production partners as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Tetris company to confirm creative ideas and ensure brand alignment.
Creative Performance and Testing
- Oversee the creative funnel, ensuring timely delivery of assets from ideation to execution.
- Analyze and monitor creative performance metrics, identifying fatigue and iterating on successful concepts.
- Drive the creation of localized versions of winning creatives to expand global appeal.
- Lead creative testing efforts, identifying high-performing assets and scaling them effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider marketing teams, including ASO, PR, Influencers, and Performance UA teams, to ensure a cohesive creative approach.
- Align marketing creatives with app store visuals (ASO) to optimize conversion rates.
- Support PR campaigns by providing compelling visual assets and messaging.
- Partner with the Influencer Marketing Team to develop creative concepts tailored for influencer content.
