This role is for a visionary Tech Product Lead to define the strategy and roadmap for playCONNECT, PLAYSTUDIOS’ core technology platform. The position involves leading a team of Product Managers, ensuring the platform scales with the company's growing game portfolio and partners. It requires balancing strategic thinking with execution, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, UI/UX, data, and marketing teams. The lead will own the product lifecycle, prioritize features based on business value, and oversee platform reliability and performance. This high-impact role is crucial for shaping the future of mobile gaming and loyalty infrastructure.

Must Have:
  • Define and champion playCONNECT's strategic direction.
  • Drive platform innovation across mobile game support, loyalty, marketing, data, web.
  • Develop and maintain a data-informed product roadmap.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to iteration.
  • Make critical prioritization and trade-off decisions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Marketing, playAwards, Game Studios.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
  • Oversee playCONNECT’s infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Act as key liaison with senior leadership and game studios.
  • Use analytics, user feedback, and market research for product decisions.
  • Lead integration of playCONNECT capabilities into partner applications.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in leading platform or B2B2C product teams.
  • Deep understanding of technical products, APIs, SDKs, and systems integration.
  • Success in building and scaling internal platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring product managers.

We’re looking for a visionary and execution-oriented individual to drive the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional delivery of playCONNECT – PLAYSTUDIOS’ core technology platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, game development, and operations, playing a critical part in shaping the future of our mobile gaming ecosystem and loyalty infrastructure.

You’ll define and evolve the product vision, lead a team of Product Managers, and ensure playCONNECT continues to scale with the needs of our growing portfolio of games and partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Your responsibilities

  • Define and champion the strategic direction of playCONNECT, ensuring alignment with PLAYSTUDIOS' overall business goals.
  • Drive platform innovation across key areas, including mobile game development support, loyalty program integration, marketing tools, data analytics, and web technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, data-informed product roadmap balancing short-term execution with long-term scalability and innovation.
  • Own the full product lifecycle (PLC), from ideation through deployment and iteration.
  • Make critical prioritization and trade-off decisions based on business value, resource constraints, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Marketing, playAwards, and Game Studios to ensure seamless integration of playCONNECT technologies into all products.
  • Facilitate alignment and accountability across functions to deliver on shared goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Provide clear direction, growth opportunities, and regular performance feedback.
  • Oversee the reliability, scalability, and performance of playCONNECT’s infrastructure, SDKs, and web tools.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical or architectural challenges that could impede platform growth.
  • Act as the key liaison between the playCONNECT team and senior leadership, game studios, and operational teams.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment on goals, progress, and trade-offs.
  • Use analytics, user feedback, and market research to refine features, optimize user experience, and maximize value to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of integrating playCONNECT capabilities into partner applications.
  • Ensure seamless technical integration, adoption, and support across various partner ecosystems.

Requirements

Our Requirements

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in leading platform or B2B2C product teams, ideally in gaming, SaaS, or loyalty ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of technical products, APIs, SDKs, and systems integration.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling internal platforms that support multiple products and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing and mentoring product managers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
