Description

We are looking for a hands-on, well-rounded Data Scientist to join our central AI and data science team and help us build, scale, and evolve data products that power our decision-making and personalized player experiences. You’ll work across teams – from product managers and game analysts to data and backend engineers – and help shape both the direction and the technical implementation of high-impact solutions.

This is not your average data science role: You’ll lead the end-to-end data science and ML journey: advancing our experimentation platform for sophisticated A/B testing, developing forecasting and anomaly detection solutions, and building, deploying, and maintaining ML and GenAI models in production. You’ll design scalable ML pipelines and MLOps processes, contribute to AI/GenAI initiatives, and occasionally support ML-related data engineering and backend development. You’ll also mentor and guide data teams embedded in our studios worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Own AI Products: Own and maintain existing ML/GenAI pipelines and data services that power personalization and segmentation.
  • Data Science tools: Design and create tools and data products to support decision making – including smart reports, insights, forecasts, anomaly detection, A/B-testing, and applications using ML and GenAI.
  • Develop Models: Build and deploy ML models (e.g., regression, classification, recommendation, forecasting) and continuously monitor their performance.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with game studio teams, R&D, and marketing to drive initiatives that span multiple games and regions.
  • Mentor & Guide: Act as a thought partner to junior data professionals and provide guidance on data best practices, ML usage, experimentation, and business impact.
  • Support GenAI Strategy: Contribute to company-wide efforts to adopt AI and GenAI tools, including internal enablement and product integration.
  • Own from End to End: You’ll be hands-on from prototyping to deployment and monitoring in production – no throwing code over the wall.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with high autonomy and direct impact on player experience and company growth.
  • Be part of a central team shaping how AI and data are used across all our games.
  • Collaborate with smart, humble people across disciplines.
  • Help define and drive our AI/ML/GenAI direction across the company.

Requirements

  • MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or equivalent
  • 3–6 years of experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills – you know how to write clean, reusable, and tested code.
  • Experience building production-ready models and data pipelines (bonus: Airflow, MLflow, S3, Snowflake, BigQuery, Docker, GitHub, FastAPI, APIs).
  • Hands-on experience with experiment design, A/B testing, or causal inference.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, independently prioritizing work, and driving alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills – you can translate business needs into analytical solutions and explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or other consumer digital products is a strong plus.
