What you'll focus on:
- Conduct in-depth user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams to define product vision and strategy.
- Create captivating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces aligned with our brand identity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented effectively.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 2-3+ years of product design experience with a strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus.
