The Enterprise Sales Channel Manager for PICO will oversee and nurture existing partnerships, seek and establish new ones, and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include partner management, business development, strategic planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of hardware sales and partnerships, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to think strategically are essential.
Must have:

  • Experience leading or growing enterprise hardware brands into new regions.
  • VR Industry experience is a plus for this role.

About Team: PICO Enteprise team connects the business world with XR technology and devices. We offer the broadest range of models to meet any use-case where XR can impact patient care, corporate training, location based entertainment, or educating the next generation of students. The new Enterprise Sales Channel Manager will have existing experience in managing Distributors and this person will have a good commercial background to ensure that PICO maintains its leadership position as the primary dedicated enterprise XR devices company. Responsibilities: - Partner Management: Oversee and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring mutual success, and alignment with strategic goals. - Business Development: Actively seek and establish new channel and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach. - Revenue Generation: Implement initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth and innovative avenues. - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for sales and partnerships. - Market Analysis: Continuously assess the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the partnership strategy supports overall business objectives. - Performance Metrics: Establish and track key metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives such as sales reporting and stock monitoring.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in sales, business development and strategic partnerships. - Proven track record of identifying and securing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth. - Strong understanding of hardware sales and partnership. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business goals. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Ability to travel across North America and Canada. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70680 - $212800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
