Job Description

The Client Services Analyst resolves client problems, provides customer service, and manages client onboarding and relationships. This role involves handling operational and customer issues, understanding trade and end-of-day workflows, and leading internal projects to improve processes. Responsibilities include developing expertise in CME Clearing infrastructure, delivering excellent customer service across all asset classes, and supporting innovative enhancements to improve customer and team experience by documenting requests and suggesting improvements.

The Client Services Analyst provides primary-level problem resolution and customer service to all current and potential clients. They contribute on industry calls, lead on-boarding of new clients and platforms, work with customers on new initiatives, build and maintain those relationships. They will handle operational and customer-related issues, demonstrate full understanding of operational trade and end-of-day workflows, lead internal projects, discover/recommend updates to current operational processes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop an understanding of CME Clearing infrastructure and internal operational processes and applications, such as account set-ups, trade submission workflows, and margin services tools.
  • Provide excellent customer service across all asset classes and initiatives. Develop strong relationships with customers, provide clear/professional responses to client queries, assist with customer calls, provide day to day support of customer questions.
  • Support CME Group’s effort to develop innovative enhancements that improve our team and our customers’ experience. Document firm enhancement requests and help prioritize them. Suggest ideas to improve the customer experience and improve internal processes

Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
