Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks a Senior PR Lead for MENAP (Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan). This role involves developing and driving communications strategy, including public affairs, to protect the company's reputation, build brand awareness, support global narratives, and manage government relations, licensing, and legal matters. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with journalists, external stakeholders, and internal leaders, developing and executing communications plans aligned with business and policy objectives. Responsibilities include creating long-term communications strategies, managing PR agencies, preparing spokespeople, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must Have

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop a long-term communications strategy that supports Binance’s growth, brand and policy objectives across the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan.
- Create, implement and manage strategic communication programs to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support public affairs, corporate and brand communications initiatives.
- Track emerging issues and assess their potential impact on Binance; map key stakeholders and build coalitions to drive Binance's corporate, brand and policy agenda.
- Manage multiple PR agencies to support strategic initiatives and develop communications materials, including story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&As, presentations and speeches.
- Work with the Executive Leadership Team and other company spokespeople to prepare them for public speaking engagements, media interviews, and company meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the pr/communications team on the MENASAT leadership team.
- Must be comfortable with using data to shape stories and use it for various local news angles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 10+ years Communications experience, including either working in-house or in a PR agency based in the region.
- Solid understanding of the MENAP policy environment with a proven-track record working on communications initiatives involving corporate, policy and crisis communications.
- KoL/influencer management experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional leads in a matrix organization.
- Excellent writing skills in English (Arabic speaking would be a bonus).
