Reports To: VP, Product
Department: Product & Engineering - Product
Location: Cincinnati, OH or Seattle, WA

About DMG:
Divisions Maintenance Group provides facility maintenance services to retail chains and distribution and fulfillment centers across the country.
We are leading the way with our technology, creating world-class products that are revolutionizing the industry and fulfilling our brand promise of “Uninterrupted Peace of Mind.”
DMG is a Certified Great Place to Work with a strong, inclusive culture and top-notch benefits.
Job Summary:
As Principal Product Manager - Growth, you will be the owner for DMG’s new product-led growth (PLG) initiative. A self-service marketplace that lets small and mid-sized businesses quote, book, and track repairs online. You’ll blend GM-style ownership with hands-on product craft: shaping the vision, running discovery sprints, shipping experiments, and scaling the funnel from first click to repeat order. You’ll work with engineering, design, marketing, and operations while reporting progress directly to the Vice President of Product and senior leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Set the PLG vision & roadmap. Define north-star metrics and both a short- and long- term plan to hit them.
- Own the funnel. Instrument, analyze, and optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and referral loops; share clear weekly read-outs.
- Run continuous discovery. Lead customer interviews, prototype tests, and price experiments to de-risk each build cycle.
- Ship self-service capabilities. Work with engineering, design, and other product teams to deliver features required to deliver on your goals.
- Align cross-functionally. Coordinate Ops (provider readiness), Growth Marketing (paid/SEO), and Finance (unit economics) to hit OKRs.
- Launch & learn. Drive betas in pilot metros, collect NPS and SLA data, and iterate quickly on UX or policy gaps.
- Scale playbooks. Codify what works - messaging, pricing rules, provider tiers, onboarding flows - so we can reuse them.
- Mentor talent. Coach PMs and analysts in growth tactics and data-driven decision making.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or Economics.
- Bachelors in CS, Engineering, Business or related; Master’s a plus.
- 8+ years product management with a heavy focus on growth, marketplace, or e-commerce funnels.
- Proven track record owning GM-style P&L targets or CAC/LTV KPIs.
- Deep curiosity about, and experience with, the latest AI and automation tools.
- Comfort with performance marketing, data, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong communicator who moves easily between customers, marketers, and the executive team.
- Bias for action, willingness to test-and-learn, and accountability for results.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
What You'll Get:
At DMG, you’ll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement. Our company has an entrepreneurial spirit that rewards self-starters and encourages employees to take charge of their own careers.
Some of our many benefits include:
- Health, dental and vision coverage on day 1.
- Dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% of salary with immediate 100% vesting.
- Paid Primary and Secondary Caregiver leave.
- Employee Assistance Program to assist with everyday challenges.
- Paid time off to volunteer.
