Job Summary
Validate and implement improvements in lines/processes to establish basic operational conditions in the plant and reduce waste, utilizing continuous improvement tools. This involves generating, processing, analyzing, and interpreting production data to identify losses in efficiency, waste, and movements, then proposing and monitoring action plans for their elimination. The role also focuses on implementing equipment and process improvements, applying continuous improvement methodologies to correct losses, and enhancing OEE/OLE efficiency and productivity through analytical studies and projects that impact plant indicators like OEE/OLE and quality.

Job Description
Purpose of the position:
Validate and implement improvements in lines/processes for the establishment of basic operational conditions in the plant and reduction of waste, through continuous improvement tools.
Main Responsibilities:
Generate, process, analyze, and interpret production process data to identify losses (efficiency, waste, movements), with the aim of proposing action plans that generate their elimination. Monitor various action plans to ensure their execution and closure. Implement improvements in equipment and processes. Use continuous improvement tools in processes and equipment to analyze and correct losses.
Improve the OEE/OLE efficiency and productivity indicator through studies and continuous improvement tools for its analysis. Implement projects or improvements that affect plant indicators: OEE/OLE/Quality indicators.
