Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to optimize collaborative replenishment processes, aligning inventory availability, sales targets, and operational efficiency. This involves leading meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, monitoring key performance indicators, generating action plans for detected losses, and communicating relevant changes in inventory and sales trends. The role also includes participating in the design of data-driven solutions to improve the supply chain and representing the customer's voice within the organization.

Must Have

  • Lead weekly meetings with key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Be the visible face to the client on operational and strategic issues
  • Lead logistics efficiency projects
  • Monitor critical KPIs such as OSA, Fill Rate (FR), DOH, INSTOCK
  • Monitor sales indicators and supply parameters
  • Generate action plans for detected losses
  • Communicate relevant changes in inventory, availability, and sales trends to internal teams and clients
  • Detect sell-in opportunities and prepare purchase suggestions
  • Participate in the design of data-based solutions to improve the supply chain
  • Prioritize tasks using internal and external reports effectively
  • Work in conjunction with Supply Chain, Sales, Categories, among others
  • Represent the customer's voice within the organization
  • Advanced student or recent graduate in Engineering, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields
  • Intermediate English level
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead weekly meetings with key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Be the visible face to the client on operational and strategic issues.

Data Analysis and Communication:

  • Monitor critical KPIs such as OSA, Fill Rate (FR), DOH, INSTOCK.
  • Monitor sales indicators and supply parameters.

Requirements:
