Process Engineer Internship

This Process Engineer Internship at Valeo's Martos plant involves leading industrial feasibility for P10 & IAM projects, defining manufacturing processes to meet performance, cost, and quality targets, and managing the design and validation of manufacturing means. The intern will also handle process development documentation and organize pre-serial trials. Ideal candidates are Industrial Engineering graduates or students from Spanish public universities with B2 English and Spanish proficiency, and a passion for the automotive industry.

The company is offering an Internship program within Process area you will support the Department in the following tasks:

• Leading the industrial feasibility of the P10 & IAM projects, ensuring adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.
• Define the detailed manufacturing process in order to meet performance, costs & quality targets, respecting safety and VPS (Production system) rules.
• Manage the design and validation of the manufacturing means.
• Manage the process development documentation.
• Organize pre-serial trials of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production.

To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the next requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree (Spanish public universities' graduates or students) .
• B2 English level is required - Mandatory as well as Spanish.
• Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
