YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement across various departments within the company.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions for process improvements.
- Conducting process analysis and mapping to identify areas of inefficiency and waste.
- Developing and deploy improvement solutions to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging process improvements techniques such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to management.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the process improvement area.
- Degree in Engineering or any related field will be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge of any programming languages and RPA solutions
