Job Summary
Paytm is seeking an Internal Audit professional to perform process walkthroughs, identify risks, and implement controls. The role involves conducting business-wise risk assessments, finalizing audit reports, and analyzing data for trends and opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying cost-saving measures, defining issues, suggesting remedial actions, and following up on recommendations. The role also requires conducting internal investigations, root cause analysis, and adapting to a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal or operational audit, possess strong risk and control concepts, and be proficient in data analysis and writing SOPs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Must Have
- Perform process walkthroughs and implement controls.
- Conduct business risk assessments and submit reports.
