Job Summary

Fool's Theory is seeking a Producer to manage game development teams, overseeing production planning, backlog, sprints, and task priorities. The role involves ensuring smooth internal communication, problem-solving, and timely task realization for a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED. Candidates should have 2-3 years of gaming industry experience and strong organizational skills.

Must Have

  • Planning and managing the teams production, verifying estimates, verifying work and reporting.
  • Overseeing team’s backlog, sprints and timetable.
  • Managing tasks and priorities within the teams.
  • Managing the team and ensuring smooth internal communication.
  • Solving current issues and looking for new solutions.
  • Taking care of timely task realisation.
  • Managing project changes.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the gaming industry.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Responsibility, diligence, ability to plan ahead.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a group.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5.
  • Experience working with a QA team.
  • Experience in a Release Manager role.
