Job Description
Gameloft is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Producer in Barcelona to lead game titles from pitch to market release and manage live service games. Key responsibilities include macro- and micro-organizing the team, planning production cycles (pitch, concept, design, alpha, beta, gold), overseeing quality in game design, art, and programming, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. The role involves constant communication with international editing teams and support from a studio manager and international leads.
Must Have:
- Macro- and micro-organizing the team
- Planning and following up on the different production cycles: pitch, concept, design documentation, mock-up, alpha, beta, gold
- Overseeing quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programming
- Delivering the project on time while respecting the allocated budget
- Communicating constantly with international editing teams

The Producer’s main responsibilities are to produce a title, from the pitch to the market release and operate a Live Service game:
- Macro- and micro-organizing the team, planning and following up on the different production cycles: pitch, concept, design documentation, mock-up, alpha, beta, gold.
- Overseeing quality in different areas of development: game design, art, programming.
- Delivering the project on time while respecting the allocated budget.
- Communicating constantly with international editing teams.
- The producer is assisted on a daily basis by a studio manager and international leads.
