The Audiovisual Producer is responsible for end-to-end project management, client and agency relationship management, and leading a dynamic team. They ensure smooth operations and delivery excellence, completing projects on time, specification, and budget. The role requires superior problem-solving, a passion for production, marketing, and advertising, and a desire to learn. Highly organized and accountable, the producer builds relationships and collaborates using Hogarth’s resources.
Must have:

  • Ensures all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.

  • Manages medium- to large-sized projects independently.
  • Serves as production expert on audiovisual campaigns.
  • Manages client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Keeps projects on track via task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and notes.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial abilities and business/financial acumen.
  • Defines and develops project scopes and estimates with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Owns project budget and tracks all ongoing costs.
  • Reconciles estimates to actuals and resolves budget discrepancies.
  • Develops and maintains scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinates with Hogarth’s global production network for campaign launches.
  • Manages status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers, and daily communication.
  • Liaises with clients/agencies/suppliers for schedules, briefs, assets, and specs.
  • Responsible for managing talent and traffic teams.
  • Manages POs, financial reporting, tracking, and billing.

The Role

The Audiovisual Producer are responsible for end-to-end project management, management of client relationships, agency relationships while leading a diverse and dynamic team to deliver. They play an important role in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery excellence of their clients’ projects.

He/she is responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget.

The successful candidate will use their superior problem-solving skills, a passion for production, marketing and advertising and a desire to learn. They are highly organized and accountable leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate drawing on the expertise of Hogarth’s resources and capabilities.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Communication

  • The key day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients and creative agencies
  • Possesses accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates the sharing client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concerns
  • Takes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables

Collaboration

  • Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement)
  • Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producers

Process

  • Manage medium- to large-sized projects independently, from initiation through completion
  • Serve as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency Must be used to work with people in charge and in several projects at the same time.
  • Manages client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables and timelines and communicating changes/directions to team members
  • Keeps projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes

Financial Management

  • Demonstrates strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen
  • Works with interdisciplinary teams of creative, production and technologists to define and develop scopes and estimates of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget), helping to translate creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables with proper staffing
  • Owns project budget and tracking of all ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolution of budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors and clients

Day to day tasks can include

  • Develops and maintaining scopes, timelines and budgets
  • Coordinates and partners with Hogarth’s global production network to ensure global campaign launches are successful and work is completed
  • Manages status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers and day to day communication with teams and client
  • Liaises with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, technical specifications
  • Responsible for managing the talent and traffic teams at Hogarth
  • Manages of POs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgets

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
  • Professional experience in Offline, Online and 2D, 3D, audio & media production
  • General knowledge of the LATAM industry.
  • Solid understanding of production, postproduction and the creative development process. Knowledge of the whole postproduction process from start to finish.
  • Experience with data handling & assets managements, buyouts and formats
  • Successful history of project leadership to clients and account, with demonstrable experience in setting
  • Ability to medium to complex projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Sharepoint, Smartsheet, etc.
