Job Description

We are looking for a decisive person to lead the production of special actions and street marketing campaigns. This role is key to taking the brand to the street, generating memorable experiences that connect with the public directly, disruptively, and emotionally. Responsibilities include coordinating urban activations, managing suppliers, permits, logistics, supervising execution, collaborating with creative teams to ensure technical and budgetary viability, guaranteeing compliance with local regulations and safety protocols, and documenting actions for reports and brand content.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in creative agencies or event production companies.
Must Have:
  • Lead the production of special actions and street marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate integral production of urban activations, performances, pop-ups, and other unconventional actions.
  • Manage suppliers, municipal permits, logistics, and schedules.
  • Supervise the assembly, execution, and disassembly of each action.
  • Work closely with creative, accounts, and client teams to ensure technical and budgetary viability.
  • Guarantee compliance with local regulations and safety protocols.
  • Document actions for internal reports and brand content.
  • Demonstrable experience in event production, BTL activations, or street marketing.
  • Knowledge of Madrid's urban ecosystem (areas, permits, local suppliers).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights if required.
