We are looking for a decisive person to lead the production of special actions and street marketing campaigns. This role is key to taking the brand to the street, generating memorable experiences that connect with the public directly, disruptively, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the integral production of urban activations, performances, pop-ups, and other unconventional actions.
- Manage suppliers, municipal permits, logistics, and schedules.
- Supervise the assembly, execution, and disassembly of each action.
- Work closely with creative, accounts, and client teams to ensure the technical and budgetary viability of ideas.
- Guarantee compliance with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Document actions for internal reports and brand content.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in event production, BTL activations, or street marketing.
- Knowledge of Madrid's urban ecosystem (areas, permits, local suppliers).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights if the action requires it.
- Experience in creative agencies or event production companies will be valued.
