We are the Central Data and AI Product team responsible for creating and managing analytical datasets tailored to business needs. As a product team, we drive the adoption and enhancement of this platform in collaboration with consumer teams across various business verticals (Payments, Lending, Insurance, Recharges, etc.) and functions (growth, risk, data science).
We are looking for a motivated and curious AI & Data Product Analyst to join our team.
This role requires a deep understanding of real time and batch data pipelines and data modelling, including data ingestion, preparation, and integration to support various business cases. The analyst will be the subject matter expert on data availability and structure, guiding stakeholders on how best to leverage existing data assets. The analyst will continuously analyze the data assets and identify opportunities to optimize for cost and processing efficiency.
The role also requires a deep understanding of data architecture for conversational AI systems, The analyst will also analyze user interactions and product performance to generate actionable insights that drive continuous improvement of AI-driven conversational experiences. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, design robust data solutions, and ensure the accuracy and availability of data for our analytical tools.
1. Collaborate with business teams to understand their data, analytical requirements.
2. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure business needs are met through effective feature development.
3. Contribute to the development and optimization of big data architecture and data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
4. Support the definition and design of data architecture and pipelines required for conversational AI bots, including data ingestion, processing, annotation, and storage.
5. Analyze interaction data to inform the development and refinement of intent taxonomies, entity extraction, and dialogue management based on data-driven insights.
6. Analyze conversational AI interaction data to extract insights on user behavior, intent recognition accuracy, and dialogue effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI frameworks like LangChain, LangFlow, or other agentic AI platforms into product workflows.
8. Monitor and evaluate AI bot performance metrics, identify data quality issues, and recommend improvements.
9. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data architecture and AI product enhancements.
10. Stay updated on emerging conversational AI frameworks and tools, evaluating their applicability to business needs.
