Job Description

The PLUMMY team aims to bring joyful innovations and enjoyable experiences to players, focusing on comfort, calmness, and fun. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, analyze large datasets, and significantly impact the success of the mobile f2p project Star Merge. Key responsibilities include leading data analysis to identify player behavior trends, developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders, optimizing monetization and live ops performance, designing and executing A/B tests, liaising between analytics and other departments, tracking product performance, and driving the strategic vision for data analytics. The ideal candidate will stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years as Product Data Analyst in mobile gaming
  • Practical experience with BI analytical tools
  • Understanding of product/marketing metrics
  • Basic SQL and one programming language (Python, R)
  • Knowledge of probability and statistics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Fluent English
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated
  • Curious and creative
  • Strong passion for gaming

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends and insights into player behavior
  • Develop comprehensive reports and advanced dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze monetization and live ops performance to optimize in-game events, offers, and pricing
  • Design and run complex A/B tests to maximize KPIs
  • Act as a key liaison between data analytics and other departments to align goals and strategies
  • Track and report product performance from release to release
  • Drive the strategic vision for data analytics within the organization
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to bring innovative solutions to the team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Data Analyst in mobile gaming
  • Practical experience with BI analytical tools
  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with one programming language (Python, R, etc.)
  • Knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing to deliver an unambiguous business impact
  • Fluent English — confident in written and verbal communication, able to present insights and collaborate across teams effectively
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Natural tendency to be curious and creative
  • Strong passion for gaming!
