Job Summary

The Product Engineer will provide onsite and offsite technical support for Cadence RLT to GDS Solutions products for local/global customers. He/she will work closely with the R&D team to escalate product issues, provide training and methodology support, and drive technology campaigns. The role involves addressing issues for potential and existing customers and demonstrating Cadence technology, aiming to mature into a key contributor leading team projects.

Must Have

  • Provide onsite and offsite technical support for Cadence RLT to GDS Solutions products.

Job Description

The Product Engineer will provide onsite and offsite technical support for Cadence RLT to GDS Solutions products for local/global customers. In addition, he/she will work closely with the R&D team to escalate product issues. The Product Engineer will be expected to work both independently and in collaboration with other team members. He/she will address issues of both potential and existing customers, provide training and methodology support and drive technology campaigns. Demonstrate Cadence technology and establish Cadence as a key contributor to our customers’ success. The Product Engineer expected to mature into a strong team member and key contributor, leading team projects and initiatives.
