We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Duties: Develop product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams such as business, program managers, product, development, UX, analytics to ensure objectives, scheduling and resources needs are met. Analyze and collate current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences. Define detailed product requirements, scope, ship, measure features and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn. Drive product development by building end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers. Monitor and manage project deliverables, communicate delay sources to relevant teams and management. Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Product Management, Engineering, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
1. Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for product strategy (3 year/s)
2. Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to interpret product performance metrics, user behavior, and other key indicators. (3 year/s)
3. Product Development Lifecycle: Understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration. (3 year/s)
4. Project Management: Skills in managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources. Example: JIRA (3 year/s)
5. User Experience (UX) Design: Knowledge of UX principles and tools to ensure that the product is user-friendly and meets customer needs. Example: Figma (3 year/s)
6. Business Acumen: Ability to create and manage business cases, understand financial metrics, and align product goals with business objectives. (3 year/s)
7. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and other documentation necessary for development and stakeholder communication. (3 year/s)
8. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Experience with designing and analyzing experiments to validate product changes and improvements. (3 year/s)
9. Technical Writing: Skills in writing clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and product requirements. (3 year/s)
10. Product Roadmapping: Create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and includes timelines and resource allocation. (3 year/s)

Salary: $150,218.00-243,500.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
