Job Summary
Autodesk is seeking a strategic, results-driven Product Manager with deep technical expertise and a passion for accelerating customer workflows through platform innovation. This role involves owning and executing the roadmap for an external developer platform, enabling customers and third-party developers to build workflow automations, AI-powered solutions, and Agentic systems on Autodesk technology. The manager will conduct industry research, set platform goals, and shape APS growth strategy for intelligent automations and large-scale workflow transformations.
Must Have
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans focused on APS growth, workflow automation, AI integration, and platform ecosystem expansion.
- Drive product decisions and roadmap development that unlock automation capabilities, Agentic AI use cases, and workflow acceleration opportunities.
- Document customer workflows and automation needs to identify opportunities to accelerate customer success through APS capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication of vision, strategy, and product roadmap emphasizing APS growth drivers.
- Collaborate with designers and researchers to execute initiatives focused on workflow automation, Agentic AI patterns, and developer experience.
- Practice facilitative leadership to drive decision-making and prioritization, fostering outcomes focused on workflow acceleration and intelligent automation.
- Advanced expertise in product management (6-8 years experience), with a background in developer platforms, APIs, workflow automation, or AI/ML-powered products.
- Strong technical foundation with understanding of REST APIs, automation frameworks, AI/ML integration patterns, agentic systems, and modern development workflows.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling platform products that drive measurable workflow improvements and automation adoption.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and articulate the value of workflow acceleration and AI-driven automation.

Autodesk, the leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software, is seeking a product leader to drive strategic planning and growth for Autodesk Platform Services (APS).
As a product leader, you will own and execute the roadmap for our external developer platform that enables customers and third-party developers to build workflow automations, AI-powered solutions, and Agentic systems on top of Autodesk technology. Your ability to conduct industry research and benchmarking will be critical in setting platform goals that drive measurable customer value. You will play a key role in shaping APS growth strategy to enable intelligent automations, Agentic AI use cases, and large-scale workflow transformations across our ecosystem.
