2025-2026 NCG_ Production Planner

The Production Planner will be responsible for systematic order handling, including reviewing and releasing production orders via SAP, monitoring due dates, and coordinating with relevant functions to resolve order-related issues. This role also involves managing production planning and order fulfillment by scheduling and balancing loading with available capacity, creating plans to fulfill orders, and providing analysis data to business partners. Additionally, the planner will serve as a business partner service and coordinator, handling order accounts, providing necessary information, and supporting partnership requests. The role also includes KPI control and improvement by monitoring order and WIP status, analyzing failure reasons, and implementing improvements.

Must Have

• Systematic order handling, including reviewing and releasing production orders via SAP
• Monitoring order due dates and providing daily reconfirmation
• Managing orders kicked out and coordinating with related functions to solve problems
• Managing order scheduling and production plan for assigned accounts and capacity groups
• Balancing loading with available capacity and reviewing S&OP reserved capacity
• Coordinating with the production team to create and fulfill plans, managing expedite and special requests
• Handling order accounts as the first contact channel for issues
• Providing necessary information to business partners for smooth supply chain operations
• Managing KPI results for assigned accounts and the team
• Monitoring order and WIP status with the production team to improve performance
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in production planning or related jobs
• Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and MES systems

Job Responsibility

1. Systematic order handling.

• Take care of order handling for the assigned order account
• Review and release production order via SAP.
• Monitor order due date and provide reconfirmation daily.
• Managing orders kicked out and co-ordinate with related function to solve the problem relate to the order.
• Set and control any special request relate to order handling.

2. Production planning and order fulfillment.

• Manage order scheduling and production plan for the responded order account and capacity group.
• Manage and balance loading with available capacity. Review S&OP reserved capacity against requested order.
• Co-ordinate with production team. Create a plan to fulfill each order. Manage all expedite and special request.
• Provide analysis data of production plan to Business partnership for better alignment of the whole supply chain.

3. Business Partner service and Coordinator.

• Handle order accounts separated by Business line, Production line or Type of orders. Work as the first contact channel for issue relate to order of the responded account.
• Provide necessary information to Business partners to keep the NXP supply chain running smoothly.
• Create understanding with partnership for the procedure and process of operation.
• Support partnership request and solve all related problem.

4. KPI control and improvement

• Response for managing KPI result for his/her assigned account and the KPI for the team.
• Closely monitor order and WIP status with production team to improve the performance and reduce constraint.
• Provide analysis of failure reason and action on improvement.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in production planning or related jobs
• Working Knowledge of MS office ERP and MES system.
