Your Tasks

In this role, you will focus on understanding user needs and independently translating them into excellent products.

• Commitment and Completion: You ensure the consistent implementation of agreed plans. You help the team create the necessary commitment through clarity and focus to achieve our common goals.
• The Voice of Our Users: As a methodical expert, you independently design and conduct qualitative research (e.g., interviews, usability tests) to find the "why" behind the data. You translate these insights into clear requirements.
• High Quality Standards: You are enthusiastic about products that impress in detail. Quality assurance is an integral part of the entire process for you – from the idea to final market success.
• Share Expertise: You strengthen the team with your knowledge. You act as a role model and mentor for colleagues, provide constructive feedback on our processes, and support the professional development within the team.

• You are strong in implementation: You have several years of experience in independently managing complex (software) projects from idea to market success and making data-driven decisions to achieve business goals.
• You have an eye for quality: You bring high standards for product quality (attention to detail) and possess the ability to create clarity and ensure commitment within the team.
• You are proficient in UX Research: You have profound, practical expertise in qualitative UX research (methodology, independent execution, and analysis).
• You have coaching experience: You have experience in coaching or mentoring product managers and in optimizing product processes.
• You use AI intelligently: You actively use AI tools (like Gemini, Perplexity etc.) to make your work more efficient and have ideas on how to meaningfully integrate AI into our product processes.

Your Path to Us
