As an engaged Community Manager, you will support our members and, together with your team, ensure a positive atmosphere and a sense of togetherness on the platform. Your tasks include community support, idea generation for product development, strategy implementation for member satisfaction, organizing events, and acting as a bridge between members and product development.
Must Have
- Support, address, and lead the community, volunteers, and teams in chat, forums, and through support
- Contribute ideas and initiatives for community management and product development
- Develop and implement strategies to increase community satisfaction and member retention
- Act as a voice and bridge between members and product development
- Organize events, community actions, and meetups
- Native-level German communication and strong spelling

Your Tasks
- Support, address, and lead the community, volunteer members, and teams in chat, forums, and through our support.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives for community management and product development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the satisfaction of our community and intensify member loyalty.
- Act as a voice and bridge between members and product development.
- Organize events, community actions, and community meetups.

Job Requirements
- You have strong communication skills, native-level German language skills, and strong spelling - additional language skills are an advantage.
- You are social, proactive, and can empathize well with other people.
- You bring a healthy dose of resilience and keep a cool head even in challenging situations or conflicts.
- Ideally, you have experience in community management or in the support, leadership, and moderation of communities or (offline) groups.
- You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented. You proactively bring ideas and insights to the team.
- As a reliable team player, you are able to communicate company decisions to the community.
- Flexibility is not a problem for you – even an evening or weekend meeting can be arranged for you.
- Your open and friendly character enriches our team, as does your empathetic nature.
- Solution- and service-oriented, you manage to balance the needs of our members and business necessities.
- You are aware that members may need support outside of usual working hours, and occasional evening appointments are not a problem for you.
