You will analyze game KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and leverage data for product improvement. The ideal candidate has mobile game industry experience, strong product management skills, and proficiency in agile methodologies. Must Have:

Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for projects to ensure a phenomenal player experience.
Maintain a strong relationship with Development, Art & Marketing teams.
Work with the development team for planning and setting up new features & updates.
Organize workflows and pipelines that aid & improve the project lifecycles.
Be the bridge between Game Studio and Marketing departments by planning, organizing, prioritizing & assigning tasks.
Work with Data Analysts to leverage existing tools while giving constant feedback to build the best analytics & visualization tools.
Stay on top of the market and inform the studio on upcoming trends to ensure games match player’s expectations.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience required).
Experience in the mobile game industry with a high degree of product management skills especially for Hybrid-casual or Casual games.
Experience with agile methodology and systems like Scrum, Kanban etc.
Ability to analyze game KPI’s and provide an executable plan to improve them.
Analytical mindset and the ability to find simple yet creative solutions to complex problems.
Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
Being an effortless communicator, visually and verbally.
Proficient in spoken and written English.

Plus If You Have:
